Napier
The Port of Napier is visited by around 565 ships a year and welcomes over 4000 visitors annually to its seafarers’ centre. The Apostleship of the Sea (AoS) in Napier has many active volunteers.

Street address: 300 metres from the main gate of the Port on the left hand side of the drive just outside the main gates of the port.
Opening hours
18:30 to 21:30, 7 days a week.

The centre offers:
- a chapel and quiet room
- Eucharistic services by priest or minister
- laptop connections
- free WIFI and internet
- telephone
- mailbox
- self-help coffee and tea
- a shop selling Catholic supplies eg rosary beads, hot and cold drinks, snack food items, phone-cards, postcards, stamps, writing pads and pens, toothbrushes and toothpaste, laundry soap, shirts, hats and beanies.
